Currently, Center Management Corporation manages some 1,600 housing units that were developed under one of the various HUD, ( U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development ), programs. This includes 29 units developed under the Section 8 Mod Rehabilitation program that provides assisted housing  for chronically mentally ill individuals.

In addition, Center Management Corporation manages other real estate properties that are conventially financed. The concept of teamwork plays a major role in our corporation. Being in a service oriented environment, such as providing long-term housing for families, and individuals, lends itself well to achieving this concept.
